Eden
What is Eden? A space, a presence, a moment, a zone, a spot, a medium, a place...where we were once placed for wholistic encounters, messages, miracles, divinity and identity. Many times, we forfeit, disconnect and ignore our true spot, where we belong - and so chaos befalls us, setbacks and confusion becomes our tale. Anything outside eden, we create an opportunity to become responsible for. Where we left off. What we forgot. https://www.instagram.com/sounds_for_dancers/ https://web.facebook.com/SoundsforDancers

The earth and world is such a big place and only the mind that is opened would want to touch the four cardinals/reaches of this rock. Exposing the mind to endless possibilities and new comic realms of other beings. Creativity is only birthed when you're willing, want to and ready to learn. A closed mind is a mind wandering the sea of bones. Ever since my mind was exposed to other universes and seas of stars and that I can reach and attain what I dream or see in a vision, all I've ever wanted to do was to travel as far as I want to. The earth is for us and we must refuse to settle for where we are. It is only in reaching beyond normalcy that we truly can be - V O Y A G E R A composition for Dancers, performers, dance instructors, choreographers, Artistic Directors, movement Artistes, Movers and Film Makers etc. An excerpt from a film at Pop-up performance Gallery in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is an honour to work with on the greatest poet in my era. Patience Agada, also known as Words Diva or Diva of words. She indeed is truly exceptional. What happened to be a poem for me birthday, inspired me and it led to a video production. Smiles. What is Canvas in this context? Life was given to be lived by God and the life is given to be lived to the fullest. We are free spirits - born to live as we please. The canvas is mans freedom to paint his life as he perceives it in his mind, for as he thinks in his heart, so is he.There are no restrictions to what we can attain in life if we only take the leap of faith and believe that anything is possible. That is canvas. Oh man dream big, believe big and live big. The AWAKENING
It has indeed been a year of wakes! The shaking that we have experienced has taught us that life can't be compared to the conversation (Job 1) that is happening in the spiritual realm about us as a people. The year taught us much. Every now and then there's is a shaking. A shaking that reminds us to pay attention to what the spirit man is saying to the church. A shaking that asks us "Who are you?" Who's report do you believe? I must remind you that the shaking did not start today. All what we have experienced began even from creation (Genesis 1). Think about the story of moses, who says to pharaoh "Let my people go". The after math of his disobedience caused a great turmoil in the city all because he didn't listen. Think about Noah building the art - the earth was blanketed with water. A shaking. See the story of Joshua and the wall ofJericho tumbling down. It also happened when our Saviour was born, there was intense massacre in the city ordered by pharaoh to kill all born babies. The death of Christ on the cross brought a shaking. The Holy Spirit resting on the disciples after a mighty rushing wind. Whenever God wants to do a new thing there will always be a shaking. All these shaking that has taken place from then till now only poses the question "What is the spirit saying to the Church?" Looking at the present time of our world today, all of it isn't new - all of these have happened before and is looping itself again. We only gave names to them so we can have something to control. The Corona virus, new world order, police brutality ethnicity breaking into clicks, fighting in the streets, EndSARS protest, abuse of power by the Government leaders, kidnapping and terrorism, killings of innocent people etc. All of these are shakings to make us wake up to the fact that God is unto something! Change is painful but all things work for our good to us who are called to fulfil his purpose. Society today is like a structure that is eroding - abandoned - gradual degradation of all things that we know are gradually tumbling down into nothing. Things we are familiar with going into nothing. This production "The AWAKENING" stands in that position to remind us it's time to listen. It's time to realise the truth - pay attention. It's time to come back to God. Time to cut off from the foolishness of our era. Time to stand by who we are, whose we are and what he has called us to do. Time to hold on to our refuge. Time to start living as sons and daughters of God. But in-spite of all that's happened, Christ says "Do not fear, for i have over come the world". We need not fear the desolations that strike at day or night Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the lord helps them over come them. The enemies that we see today, forever we shall we shall see them no more. It is time to WAKE! T H E A W A K E N I N G

'Big things take time, just hold on.' The bigger your dreams, the more patient you must be. It's a principle that governs the affairs of life. Succeed, we must believe. Yes, but must also abide by principles. Be patient. Dancer: Ediale Oriwoh Videographer: Arikmun Mallum Location: Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria.
